Too light in the midfield for me. I wonder if Leigertwood despite being a hero can really cope at Premier League Level. He should still be in the squad regardless, and I'd say if we can get a deednt central mid drop HRK

Would people be happy if we spent the suggest £6 mill + Morrison? I just cant see a player who is unproven at Championship level let alone Premiership level being worth that. Maybe 3-4 considering he has had a phenomenal season but again, its just the one season. By the sounds of the Huddersfield fans you would think they were selling Messi.

I spose, whilst it sounds a little grotesque, it's not up to us whether we think £6M + Morrison is excessive, if it is within the parameters of what AZ is prepared to pay for a given player then the bill will be met. We are in a whole different ball game now, we might not be Man City but I don't think we will be relying as much on Nick Hameed's ability to cut deals either.

Thats fair enough, I personally think he'll do well if he signs i just think that Huddersfield are losing touch with reality a little. That being said LOLiverpool paid £35 million for Carroll so if anything football is losing touch with reality

I reckon Newcastle smelt Liverpool's desperation and charged what they wanted knowing LFC would pay. Was ludicrous that he was £10M more than Suarez, if they had waited until the end of the season he would have cost a lot less.
