No Fixed Abode Got to agree with Retro Royal on the last post. How naive do you have to be to think Liverpool fans were acting like angels that day??

Nobody said anything about angels. 20,000 supporters arriving at a neutral venue means some may have even had a drink or two (heaven forbid). But, as shown in the Taylor report (1990 i think) this did not in anyway contribute to the tragedy. Then again in the Hilsborough panels findings of this year (drunken or ticketless fans did not play a part in the tragedy). In fact, no investigation has ever said it did. Taylor report and HIP findings lay the blame away from Liverpool fans. Even the likes of Norman Bettison, Kelvine Mckenzie and Irvine Partnik have admitted that Liverpool fans behaviour did not play a part and have apologised for suggesting otherwise.

Its only the trolls and painfully thick who think otherwise. Leave them be to swim in their own bullshit. Pathetic people getting kicks out of winding people up about the deaths of people who's only crime was going to a football match.

Yes in Liverpool we would describe this as 'being up his arse'

Wiki says

Today Ingham, who left school at 16 and never attended university, lectures in public relations at Middlesex University in London.
