Nope, away for the weekend so I won't be at York Road on this occasion.

Alan Partridge
rg6royal Maidenhead at home to Newport on Saturday :)

Friday night

The Welsh moaned that they wouldn't be able to watch the Wales game against the mighty Azerbaijan.

As for Reading Town, when they sort out that pathetic surface they call a pitch then i might just ever so slightly consider watching a game there.

Reading Town played well andf came away with a 2-0 win which is exellent. Town scored in the first few minutes which rocked Flackwell Heath. Heath did have some good chances but they couldn't find the net. Second half and the Town were looking good and had some chances to score. G.Lewis was on a run down the wing but was taken out by a flackwell Heath player in the box but no penalty was given as the ref thought otherise. G.Lewis got his reward later on dinking it over the rushing keeper.

Well played lads and though the ref did a good job so all in all good stuff.

Where were the 500 Royal fans? Dissapionted :o

You should have gone funny chants like: You got your kit from a happy meal, You have got no fans, I would rather be a sossage than and egg, ,More noise in Flackwell in cemetery, The goalie wearing tights the goalie wearing tights he's nows he he shows he is the goalies wearing tights, and lots more. Thats what so good about the non league football more chants more laughter.

Reading fans everywhere,
As there is no game this Saturday for the Royals due to the international break and there is a game for the Town then this is the time I would like to see 100+ plus Reading fans singing their hearts for the Town as they play against Pewsey Vale in the FA Carlsberg Vase at Scours Lane 15:00 KO.

Reading Town won 2-0 yesterday against Flackwell Heath moving them up to 5th place in the league. Let’s get the new Reading Town flag waving like made (taller than the stand behind the goal) and have a big crowd supporting the Town to victory.

Come on don't let me down!!!!!!!

How can you say that? Targets to extend the away showers to incorporate single cubical showers, which will then become home changing rooms and be more suitable for the ladies team. Build outside toilets next to the physio room for the supporters. Install an all weather training adjacent to the club house and finally inmprove the team to make a serious challenge for promotion. The first two are very realistic because not only do we have the infrastructure already in place and planning approval they are relatively cheap to do. However the all weather training ground will take a little longer because we will have to obtain planning and as we hope to have a dome over it we will have to raise serious money. The second two are doable but a bit harder than the first two. Once we have the dome the fourth objective is a matter of time because the income from a dome would give us clout to compete with anyone at our level.

Taken from yesterdays programme

I beleive I saw you at the Playoff Final RGers.

Myself and Floyd amongst others met some ECFC fans in a pub after the Boro away defeat and ended up meeting at various places around the county.

Andy will be there waving to Uri Geller and Michael Jackson while wearing his 'Ampadu 15' shirt.
