Adebayorofl - if that guy was playing for anyone outside the big four he'd score about 5 goals a season.

I am a little ashamed at how happy I was when Fletcher was sent off. What a ridiculously unfair world football is. Now I have to support Barca to stop another Cheatski Manure Brit borefest...

Royal Rother It was plain wrong - terrible decision and no right of appeal. There's European Justice / Human Rights for ya!

There was no right of appeal for Spurs when that penalty was given FOR Man Utd at Old Trafford by Howard Webb which possibly affected the outcome of the Premiership title.
As The Man Utd people said at the time "what goes round comes around" and after all it didn't affect the result tonight.

Fletcher wouldn't have played in the final anyway, surely?

At one stage last season, around the time we played them at home, Adebayor was a rampaging, skillful, scarily nimble and fleet-footed monster of a footballer, virtually unstoppable when running at defenders.

What the hell's happened to him?

I'm not sorry for Man Utd, I'm sorry for Fletcher - biggest night of his career taken away from him by incompetence and injustice.

If not it's going to be Chelsea 1 United 1 again.

English clubs have featured in the last 5 CL finals. FIFA/UEFA are going to have to ban us again soon to redress the balance

He does seem to play in the big games along with Park though.

P.Scholes is hardly a bad replacement though.

Or when Palacios should have seen red. No doubt (as a Scouser) you brushed that decision under the carpet though.

We're on the march of Fergie's army, we're not going to Wem-ber-ley, we are off to Rome instead, going to dress the Pope in red, cos United are the greatest football team

Good to see Arsenal Football Club go to the expense of manufacturing and handing out flags to their fans last night, but why did they take them away again after 10 minutes?

:?
