Geekins Pompey fans think he's heading up a consortium to buy Pompey! So the sources of a guy in the pub said to his mate apparently last night.

Him and Levy never saw eye to eye anyway but i reckon he asked for either (a) bigger transfer fund or (b) a massive pay rise

southbank1871 He apparently appointed Paul Stretford as his agent a few weeks ago to demand a new contract from Tottenham and has generally been throwing his w8 around for a while. He constantly mugs Levy off by making comments about not selling their best players etc and I think Levy has finally had enough, particularly with the courting of the England job and the failure to get third spot.
Redknapp certainly won’t do badly out of it, but what a fall from grace since that 5-0 win over Newcastle.

TBM Well he's not going to come out and say "yeah im going to get sacked"
He'll take a job abroad on a massive pay rise, so really he has the last laugh

yep
he gave it the big 'I am' but when push came to shove it turned out that he just basically wasn't very good. that Spurs squad is essentially as good as any in the country - certainly better than Arsenal - and he dind't have a clue how to get the best out of them when it mattered

Christ, he's the last man they would want in charge.

As I said at the time, a half decent manager would of stopped the England speculation affecting the team

Tredder Under H, after sales and purchases, Spurs spent 11m on transfers, probs loads on wages mind.
