paultheroyal Basingstoke played Portsmouth tonight in the Hampshire Senior Cup, over a thousand in attendance. A truly fantastic attendance.
Oh and yes the bell with the bell was there.

paultheroyal Think they declared 914 as the "paid attendance" but it was far more in there if only for the fact they had all their academy teams in with parents being paraded at the start of the match. Terrific atmosphere.

Hayes & Yeading stride on at the top beating K.Langley 1-0 to stay 100% 7 from 7
Farnboro beaten 1-3 @ Cherrywood by Harrow Boro
In One South Winch share 4 goals with AFC Totton

Diddy won 3-2 @ Colney Heath
Wantage lost 1-3 at home to Thame
In CCL-PN Reading City lost a madcap game at Rivermoor 4-6 to Abbey Rgrs
...not much other action in this league tonight :- 'Knappers' went nap 5-1 vs Molesey & in Div One Berks County fought out a 3-3 at Deportivo Galicia up at Bedfont Sports.
Ascot were due to host Windsor in the B&B 1st Rnd but it's been put back a week to the 21st
Sandhurst progressed to the next round with a win over Holyport
In the Hellenic Prem RWBT lost 1-3 at home to Bps Cleeve
In the SSM Premier there were wins for Risborough Rgrs and Flackwell - the 'Heathens' first in the league 2-0 at Harpenden. Holmer Gn were undone 0-2 at Broadfields
...and finally at the pointy end of the pyramid -
Maidenhead lost 0-2 to Stockport but had keeper Holden and Clerima sent off.
The Sh!ts edged out Southend 3-2 @ Roots Hall to get their first points of the season.
...nearly forgot -Eastleigh thumped bottom club Dover 4-1 (4-0 by HT another goal for House; as well as one for Hare, Hill and ..............Pritchard
