What if it was a white guy and they chanted "we're racist, we're racist" would that still result in a ban?

Yeah, life is just so fantastic for black people.

Ok, racism is obviously a tricky subject for you so let’s try something different.

Let’s say it’s someone’s birthday in the office. They have laid out some cakes on the empty desk for people to enjoy. You walk into the office with your friends chanting “we hate cakes, we hate cakes” and you walk up to the desk and kick the cakes right out of the window. A rational human being, in the absence of certainty, would opt for the hypothesis with the least amount of speculation and deduce that you kicked the cakes out of the window because you hate cakes.

You'd imagine, if your office was trying to clamp down on people being abusive towards cakes, you would face some sort of punishment.

Of course there would be some dickhead going out of his way to protest with convoluted excuses that "cakes have it easy these days" and that the real underclass are the "white middle class biscuits" but at the end of the day acting in a way that could be perceived as anti-cake accompanied by anti-cake sing song, is going to attract attention from pro-cake people like it or not.

Now you've put it that way, the ban is justified and i'm glad they caught the racist pcunts

What racists?

::Kes mode on::

What if they only kick the sponge cakes out of the window and leave the chocolate cakes and thinly sliced and funny angled lemon drizzle cakes alone?

They were just being ironic, just like their ironic hissing gas noises directed towards Spurs fans, their ironic Nazi salutes and their ironic history of monkey chants directed at their own players.

On that last note perhaps apposite that Paul Canoville will be in Reading next month to give a talk about his life:

Black and blue is a great read.

In 2006, Canoville was invited back to Stamford Bridge for a half-time parade. "Neil Barnett [the announcer] said: 'He was our first black player.' And the roar came. Here we go. Just step out there, wave and get back. But Neil said: 'Go round the ground.' You what? My knees went wobbly. 'Thanks Canners,' the fans shouted. 'Well done.' I had tears. I was emotionally touched. Then I thought: 'Are these the clowns who abused me?'
"I would like one of them to explain why. The National Front was big there at the time. I was even racially abused by a Chelsea player on tour once. He called me a 'black cnut'. I said: 'You're drunk. Go to bed.' He called me it again. So I knocked him down, tonked him. The next morning, he came at me with a golf club. I had to leave Chelsea. I went to Reading."

But still, this has caused more controversy over a stabbing at a game.

The World has officially gone mad.

That's a remarkably poor article, even for the Post. Apparently Paul's now a "motivational speak," having had to retire from football "aged just 24" when he was injured in 1986 "at the age of just 26."

No Fixed Abode It's a shame Sanguine wasn't so vocal about his own fans last season.

Stabbing of an Oldham fan outside Anfield
Smashing the Hull City coach up
Lying about Chelsea fans spitting on the Hillsborough memorial

All far worse than a few idiots singing the words "We're racist".

Chelsea fans most definitely did spit on the memorial and I know this for a fact as I saw it happen and it wasn't the fist time either.
I can't comment on the other incidents you refer to because I have no knowledge of them, possibly because I don't read shit rags.

nicecuppatea Yes. Yes it did.

I was there that day and nothing happened, except a few bitter an twisted Liverpool fans were angry as we ruined your Premier League champions celebrations with a reserve team.

FAO Mods. You've deleted the racism thread off the team board. I assume this thread will be deleted as it's obviously a taboo subject.

Sorry for butting in to something that doesn't involve me but....

How could you know?

Did you carry out your own personal vigil before and after the game Kes, watching and waiting for nothing to happen?

You are my favourite poster, I always get a laugh out of you.

Exactly Spizz. Kes stood on guard at the memorial before and after the game so he could categorically state 10 months later that no unsavoury incidents took place .

But this isn't true m8. There isn't any debate about whether stabbing someone is okay or understandable. It just isn't. People like you create debates and discussion about racism. People feel the need to have to explain and discuss racism because there is always someone excusing it or standing up for it.

If you don't want more attention given to racism, don't wade in with apologist remarks. Stabbing is wrong. Racism is wrong. Job done, no point moaning that stabbing someone creates less polarisation - its fuking obvious why.

I don't always agree with you, EP, but in this instance superbly said.

Spot on E.P.
Kes I came to have a little peep at what your inevitable defence would be for the moronic racist behaviour by the so called Chelsea fans on the Paris Metro. I have to admit to being slightly disappointed by your "it's what football fans do" line which was piss poor even by your pathetically low standards

I really have absolutely no idea why anyone would ever attempt any form of interaction with Kes.

Completely pointless waste of time.

How on Earth he's kept it up for 10+ years God only knows.

You have to concede tho'

Without him, HNA would be reduced to just the "lols" "+1s" "INs" "MeMes" and HB's of the daytime insular cliques.

He should post more

And neither did EP - which is why he's so rattLOLed about it.
