that's how it was dealt with back in my day.....Row Z Royal I like the idea of a free hit sentence for an assault conviction.

that has nothing to do with Aldershotfrimmers3 there is an idea mooted to stop replays in the f.a cup to regenerate interest in the competition...

frimmers3 there is an idea mooted to stop replays in the f.a cup to regenerate interest in the competition... i imagine it would mean extra time and penalties...but why not bite the bullet and say that in the event of a draw after ninety minutes,if a lower league team is involved, the away team goes through?

Ludicrous ideas. Half the romance of this competition is that a small club can earn that lucrative replay, a reply that can guarantee a clubs survival for several years.

PEARCEY Who does frimmers support? Spurs or Aldershot?
He spends so long on here I suspect young frimmers is a closet Reading fan.

cmonurz A lucrative replay against (say) Manchester United, is worth a lot more to smaller clubs than a next round tie away at Rochdale.
