weybridgewanderer Also in 2000 an English amateur player, Lee Todd, was sent off after two seconds when he responded to the referee's whistle to start the game by saying "xxxx me, that was loud" and was dismissed for foul and abusive language.

Y21_Royal Seem to remember Keith Gillespie getting sent off as he came on as a substitute. I think he hit SHunt or something. Same game as Wally vs Colin IIRC
weybridgewanderer At the mad stad I witness the quickest ever sending off of a substitutue, game v sheffield united, when the ball hadn't come back into play and Gillespie had walked.

moo Remember that player that got sent off when he came on as a sub? Warnock was manager, I think it was David Ginola..

Elmer Park If Cardiff had had a player sent off in the game at The Madstad last night we would have seen a new record for the fastest overturning of a red card by the Welsh FA.
