Ian Royal *shock* Qatar's bloke and *gasp* Jack Warner are to be investigated fully. Blatter does not have an investigation to answer apparently.
Looks like Sepp is hanging Warner out to dry as a fall guy, unsurprising given he's the most unbelievably obviously corrupt of the lot.
