If there is contact, and you're running, you'll go down....how Mike Dean came to the conclusion that Shane Long dived, i don't know

Yes; proof that the brick by brick approach and the odd relegation can actually end up ok.

The Guardian minute by minute describes Longs control there as 'kind of controls off a shin or two'

Dunno what they're on about :| The ball wasn't there to control. The pass through was over hit straight to Mignolet who fumbled a simple pick-up. Long nipped in, challenged the loose ball, came out on top, 2-0.

Sunderland looking pretty toothless... what happened to Johnson? And didn't they spend £12m on Fletcher?

Sunderland 2 wins in 19 I think SSN said, or is that at home? Either way, it's good for us. WBA now 3-1 up and QPR next for Sunderland..

It was a weird one. The tackle was awful and clumsy, but it looks like he dived as well.

4-2, game over, Sunderland look desperately poor. Premier League quality players, international quality manager IMO, what the hell is going on up there?

I find there's just something inherently unlikeable about Sunderland. Maybe its just the natural order asserting itself against the quality of players and manager.
