Arrogant tossers who still think they're as good as the double winning team of '61.

Them and Villa fans are the most loathed in the league.

Where does it say I hate spurs fans?

Oh, you're interpreting my post frimmers. An interesting concept that we're not alowed to apply when you're posting your usual twaddle.

is it really acceptable behaviour to pack out a pub, in a foreign country, and chant all sorts of stuff? What would be the reaction if something similar happened in the UK with visiting supporters from another country? And how come this only ever happens when football is involved? Never happens at rugby afaik.

Reminds me of a story regarding a bunch of knuckle draggers who went into the Walkabout in Covent Garden and told the Aussies inside to "Get them oxf*rd stars off our flag". Didn't help when there was a group of either Aussie Rules players or Rugby League players in there at the time. The knuckle draggers left rather quickly and not necessarily upright.

The police would protect the foreigners, plain and simple. I've been away in Russia and seen the local police literally turn a blind eye to groups of English fans getting ambushed by gangs of local lads.

As have I - don't know what Spurs were playing at here. They got done the night before a game in their last European game so surely they'd have all travelled the night before a game this time too :?:

(Not that I condone it, in any way shape or form)
