McFadden is a good example of fighting spirit and Brum are full of fight generally. We need to treat them with respect, but deal with them the same way we dealt with Luckypool at the Madstad. Anybody who thinks this is a banker, is kidding themselves!

I believe Birmingham have the best away record of the teams fighting relegation. Still reckon Newcastle will win though.

Birmingham looked well off the pace second half and never looked like scoring again. Appeared to be a combination of the big shift they had put in the first half and Larsson being nobbled by Butt.

Good omen for Saturday if we can avoid going behind.
