Championship Play-off Final

by Avon Royal » 24 May 2008 13:00

Right,

For the past two weeks the local news down here has been playing nothing else but stories about how wonderful the Premier League is. Has been hell to be honest.

If Bristol City win my life will become a living nightmare. I live next to city fans, work with city fans and play football with city fans - all of whom will take great delight in rubbing my nose in our change in fortunes. I've already had to put up with no end of "cry on the telly" chants whenever I enter a meeting, would love to give some back. COME ON YOU TIGERS!

I wouldn't worry too much. Brizzle are in even worse a position to cope with the Premier League than Derby were last year, and I would be shocked if they weren't challenging Derby right down to the wire for the 'worst team in the Premier League' title. Hull are a different kettle of fish, I think.

I prefer Bristol City to be promoted. More teams from south west to Premiership please! Hope to see A4 derby in Prem next year.

Ull 1 Brizzle 0 40 mins. Slightly against run of play.
That should shut them up on local TV for a while

Horaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!

It would really have grated if Bristol had gone up in the year I'd moved down here. At least I have one home game next year! :-)

Kes Hull are another plastic club.

Why? Because they have a new ground.
Pleased Hull won. Proves that despite it being a right old dump, it's not just about rugby league.
