Rumours apparently broke on Tuesday night that Brown and Duffen (the Chairman) had been removed from their positions with Adam Pearson, the current Derby Chairman going back to Hull.

Last night Pearson resigned from his position at Derby.

**EDIT** - It has now been confirmed that Duffen has resigned. Brown is holding a press conference at noon.

^ Brown's press conference today was brought forward 24 hours, said SSN last night. It was innitally just a pc about his team for the weekend, but felt the need to fast track it to put an end to 'speculation'.

Gone within the month - Rodgers replacement.

Not in this case. He has a shareholding, but the majority shareholder is Russell Bartlett.

The directors elect who will be their chairman - that needn't necessarily be the person with the most shares.
