Nabisco Biscuits

by sucatraps » 19 May 2008 10:39

It is rumoured that America's biggest biscuit manufacturer, Nabisco is for sale at a knockdown £20 billion!!! The new owners are expected to restructure the company, imagine the new owners buying Reading as a publicity device. Leading to headlines like 'the Biscuitmen' get their very own 'sugar-daddy' wheyhey! :D

I had hoped for rather more 'biscuit-based' humourous replies, it seems I should stick my attempts at levity up my oreo's!

Simon Osborne could return after having made millions through shrewd investments and having shaken off his reputation for violence.

In fact the new rich Osborne would be totally different from the old butter Osborne...

I hear that Gary Birtles would come in as manager, even though at his age he's lost all his hair. But Gary Baldy is still a decent manager.

The club are looking to get a new kit manufacturer based in Geneva, but no one's used them before so in a breakaway from tradition they're going to ask the fans first.

Would you risk it for a Swiss kit?

It's a shame this couldn't have happened sooner - an injection of extra funds could have helped us stay up instead of those jammie dodgers at Fulham.
