Federico Macheda is yet to prove him self in the top flight since his debut winner for United. But last season saw him loaned to newly promoted QPR but his loan spell was cut short due to injury. I have watched him since his youth days in Lazio and know he has the qualities to prove himself in the Premier league. At only the age of 20 he has a long career ahead of him and could be worth while getting on a season long loan in the Prem, as you know with Macheda he will score some big goals, in some cases match winning. Worth a look. And I hear he is not all that happy in Manchester.

Very inconsistent and we can't afford to take gambles with strikers that haven't been able to regularly cut it in the prem not in our first season anyway. Could bring in better imo.

No thanks. Not particularly prolific, extremely injury-prone and a bit of a knobhead by all accounts.
