Now sign this guy in january. He's scored in every game Heerenveen has played this season, 9 in 6 games in the league and 11 in 7 in all competitions. He has scored 39 goals in 40 appearences for the dutch club since august last year and is desperate for a move to England. If the right club comes along he has said he would be willing to play in the Championship. Reading is special to Icelandic footballers and he would jump at the chance.
I know Reading are flooded with strikers at the moment but I would sign him still.

I'm really surprised that he's still at Heerenveen. Excellent all round player, good first touch, good in the air and an eye for goal. His goal against Roda last weekend was a pleasure to watch.

Yes, we've surley missed the boat with this one as The Mirror are reporting that Newcastle are watching him and he's already turned down a £5m move to Celtic. I'd assume he didn't go to Celtic in the summer as he's got his eye on the Premier League.

UPDATE: Signed him on Fifa, scored a hat-trick on his debut but got sent off for needlessly hacking the goalie. Not sure on this one.
