Knee trouble at Hull and what was a risk during previous medicals. It's been ankle issues at Forest, so unrelated injuries.

Regardless, should fit in well with Guthrie, Karacan, Williams and the rest of the squad. etc.

One of my good friends is a ST holder at the City Ground. Hobbs is there best Central defender but they have lots of options and will be tempted to sell. They have Mancienne,Wilson, & Lascelles. Hobbs is a better all round player than Morrison, would be a great deal for us at £2m.

The slight issue being that Lascelles is a Newcastle player loaned back to Forest for the season. They may be obliged to hold on to Hobbs for that reason alone.

Indeed. Nothing against Hobbs, but I want to see Hector get a good run at CB, plus I'd have thought getting another left-sided player was a higher priority.

The reasoning being that they'd have to find two CB's in 12 months, not one.
