Wouldn't mind one more striker, who's that young kid at Chelsea everyone's raving about? Think he's English too. Might be a good experience for him and good back-up for us.

Dominic Solanke?

I'd have thought Chelski would stipulate he'd have to play x amount of games if they loaned him out, on top of that his progress would be better served by staying at Chelski and learning from the likes of Costa and Drogba rather than sitting on our bench 'learning' from the likes of Blackman and HRK.

I'm sure I read somewhere we were linked with a loan move for Chris Woods, probably just lazy journalism but I'd be happy enough if we added him to the squad.

Happy with what we've got at the minute, we know we're probably not going to be fighting for promotion but we won't be in a relegation scrap so would rather our youngsters get some experience than another team's.

Wouldn't mind a decent left winger though so we don't have to rely on McCleary so much.

Nothing more thanks.

Not getting into the playoffs this year, and increasingly confident we'll steer well clear of the bottom three. A loan deal won't achieve much other than pushing full timers out of the team.

Which in the case of HRK, wouldn't be a bad thing...

He's not going to get any better sat on the bench, but he'll still be paid.

He would spend most of his time in the treatment room.

Also hasn't Kebe been released? Hence not a loan deal ...

True. But as a free agent he could still sign on a short term contract

Although to be fair, Kebe could even sign on loan as a free agent, because it's Kebe ...

Christ, please not Kebe. Some things are better kept in the past.

Few more good crosses into the box, two good wingers creating chances for Yak and Pog, Moderate outlay - could be difference between relegation battle or safety

Kebe was never a brilliant crosser of the ball, his game was based on pace which has faded and breaking from defense. People need to let this one drop.

That would be excellent if Kebe's legs weren't gone and he'd be able to produce something approaching his quality from over 2 years ago, which he hasn't been able to come close to recreating since.

Not really had the opportunity since he left. Never picked for palace due to management changes and went to Leeds at wrong time. Could do a job even if from subs bench

In what way did he go to Leeds at the wrong time?

Just as Cellino took over.

Just as Macd was sacked then re-instated

Just as he joined a thoroughly de-motivated team

Just as Macd was re-sacked

Just as they were leaving a state of the art training ground and being told to bring their own sandwiches

Probably not the best time to go?
