It might be that he has decided (not unreasonably) that because our defence is so poor the midfield and forwards get sucked back into helping out far too much - and so creating and scoring chances is very difficult. It might just be that if the rest of the team had some trust in the back 5 (ish) they could then focus on their own jobs more effectively.
Uninspiring to say the least. I see Jake Cooper is now being linked with a move to Rangers (the Protestant Glasgow club, not the West London hoops)...
doubt they'd get him for the 1.5m mentioned. Millwall wont sell for that I wouldn't have thought
