Don’t you just love these nonsense stories !
Every club in the top 2 divisions and across Europe will know about him, because these days every club knows about every player. He’ll probably be quite high on their algorithm determined list of young players they might buy now to try and beat the market.
What does ‘over 10’ mean, and how does anyone know ! Do clubs declare who they are keeping half an eye on ? And if some one has got 10 clubs to say they like him why not say ‘10’. If it is 11, 12 or 25 why not say that . ‘More than 10’ is a daft claim.
What does ‘tracking’ mean ? Do they all have a Drone following him around ? Do they watch his Strava data ? Do Leeds have a man in the bushes at Bearwood ? Or do they just watch the EFL highlights show ?
Smacks of a real space filler. You could swap his name for any player and write the same paragraph. Not enough detail to men anyone will bother challenging it or laugh at you later for getting it wrong, but enough to imply you have lots of connections and are breaking a story.

Actually, how cool would it be if every player of interest was tracked by an Arsenal Drone, a Liverpool Drone etc?
Match Day, there are seven hundred competing drones buzzing over the pitch...
Then someone realises that they could shoot down the opposition's drones
And defence mechanisms have to be invented...
Eventually the drone wars become better than the actual game on the ground
and quietly all footballers drift away to become barristas, except that due to
Covid-23 there are no more coffee shops, just shops selling drones.

You’d then get the agent’s drones keeping tabs on which of their players were being tracked. You’d get false flag drones going up to make it look like a player was in big demand. I’dimagine The PL, EFL and PFA would get inon the act to to monitor what was going on, ensure no illegal tracking was going on and clubs would want to have drones up to charge the owners of the other drones an access fee for using their airspace.
You’ve then got BBC, ITV, Sky, BT p, Amazon and a multitude of foreign media outlets needing to provide live coverage.
At which point the sun is blocked out and no one can see anything....

Then some of the later drones self-identify as toasters, with other, lower flying complaining about the breadcrumbs polluting the air. Suddenly a faction of 4 propeller drones start a protest movement about their inequalities with their 6 propellered neighbours. A furious debate ensues as to the dubious history of flying machine development.
Eventually the drone wars end apocalyptically, the football pitch underneath is irreparably damaged, and the stadium falls into ruin. Future visitors from another galaxy explore the ruins and have little idea as to what went on in the structure, but conclude the ancient inhabitants were bipeds who walked around in big red squashy shoes.

You forgot to mention that before the end a virus would be uploaded by a secret betting cartel against one club’s drones, but this would accidentally spread to all drones and governments would then, at varying times, lock down all attempts to fly for a period of 6 months in an attempt to stop the spread (particularly for more vulnerable older drones who’ll be told to stay inside and minimise droning to aerial dive bombing of cats, dogs and other pets asleep in their baskets). Once the six months was up droning would be able to resume so long as all drones stayed in the boxes in which they were purchased and observed the social distancing advice of no more than 2 drones within 2 miles of each other (except in Scotland where Nicola would say there should be no more than half a drone within 4 miles of itself).
