Every month Dai costs us points it significantly decreases the value of what he is trying to sell (either fully or partly)

It’s pretty stupid if he doesn’t sort the wage out

Some of the comments on there are pitiful, how can any genuine fan rejoice on another club going to the wall?

Esp Derby fans moaning about 21 points when 12 are automatically for Admin - which may still be where we end up

To be fair, when Derby were on the brink I saw plenty of posts on here saying how funny it would be if they were liquidated. Some people still hadn't got over the programme notes in 2002.

So those same people can't moan at other fans now. But most of us always said that we wouldn't wish losing their club on any other fanbase, so I guess we can get pissed off at infantile posts.

Tbh it doesn’t annoy me, it’s just Twitter, and people attention seeking

Just thought that one highlighted was an especially stupid post

Pompey home and away at the height of Sasha Gydemak thing, i remember us singing "You're in administration" over and over and over to the tune of Seven Nation Army.

At least Pompey got an FA Cup win and a run in the Uefa Cup out of their financial doping. All we got was an increasingly hard Mastermind specialist subject of Reading Managers post 2005 and a early run at the top of the league followed by failing to make the play-offs during lockdown.

Tbh, I couldn’t give a flying oxf*rd about what other fans think about us. Too many people on Twitter seem to take comments from other fans to heart too easily. I remember seeing plenty of negative tweets about Derby from our fans when their future was at stake.

I honestly believe that the majority of fans of all clubs have a certain amount of sympathy for our cause. At the end day apart from the elite teams it could happen at any club if run badly.

We could be about to test the "Surely they can't be worse than Dai" theory.

Would be pretty shit, but he pulls this type of thing with F1 as well, only for it to go absolutely nowhere. Would take it with a pinch of salt at this time.

Yep, given his past antics, nothing to be believed until officially announced. Having said that, a maverick in charge of the club would be fitting of the last decade we've had as a club.

Will always maintain though, if he is willing to fund the club, try and do things the right way by reducing levels of debt and trying to make us a much more sustainable football club and leaving the football people to make the football decisions like Bowen and Carey, then that will do for me.

I get where you're coming from, but he's been granted access to Bearwood so must be in talks.

The Telegraph reported a few interested parties and one in "advanced negotiations". We have to hope he's not the one, as it could well be all chat and no follow through if F1 is anything to go by.

He doesn't have anywhere near enough money for a takeover.

Turns out you don't need to have actual money - look at Trump...

And the clowns at EFL have already shown that they're not the sharpest knives in the block when it comes to due diligence and 'spotting a wrongun'.

If he had a meeting at the SCL last week due to interest, hardly surprising he would get taken round Bearwood too.

Something of nothing until a deal is announced and I assume this would only be investment.

Yeah.

Guy is a notorious billy bullshiter.

At worst, he's going to be a minority shareholder the FL can't block because he's got 10 - 20% with a few mil, he'll give it large on social media and we'll pay a bill on time for a month or too.

Most likely, he flirts with investing talking big then nothing materialises from him because he's all mouth.

Yep, this is how I see it as well. Everything that he has done in sports up to now points at a minority shareholder or giving it the biggun’ only for absolute jack shit to happen.

A clever person on twitter appears to have worked out that the pic of ZZ at Bearwood is fake. The grass is currently cut in a different direction of something.

The angles are wrong. The terrain doesn’t cut across the corner like that, it slopes so the grass is edited. This angle is possible if whoever took the photo was lying down but his body is level with someone standing taking the photo.

They've also provided a photo to show how it should look (the pitch stripes are running in a different direction too)

Andrew Peach asks Sunak if he would like to buy the club. Think I actually prefer the Chinese fella to that.

This guy is a complete cretin. He’s essentially trolling a club that’s in deep financial trouble.

I’d like to take him to meet the not so friendly half of my family and introduce him to bare knuckle fighting.
