Ouroboros Macheda would have been such a good addition on loan, coming off the back of successful spells at Sampdoria (14 apps, 0 goals), QPR (3 apps, 0 goals) and Stuttgart (14 apps, 0 goals).

2 for Donny today.

NA said he did not think we could get 100 goals, so I hardly think he will let our leading goal scorer go on loan. DO YOU?

Also, he can't be available on a long term loan deal. Because the maximum length of loan outside the windows is 3 months.

Lazy journalism linking our rumoured signing of Sharp with ALF being an unused sub.

Objectively, he could plausibly be throwing a hissy about not starting and forcing a move, however I tend to agree that it's crap.

Where would he get a loan spell ? We wouldn;t loan him to another Championship club, I can't see any Prem clubs having a spot in a 25 man squad for him and why would he drop down a division or two ?

I can understand him being frustrated at being such a successful sub, but he's going to be in the squad every game and it will be rare he doesn't get on the pitch.

Reinforcing my doubts that a loan is realistic !

Perhaps Bolton would be an option, if they took points off other promotion contenders it would be good for us. Not sure the loan system is uspposed to be used in such a Machiavellian way though !

Because we have no loanees as of yet are we able to get 3 short term domestic loans in the emergency window? Not saying we should be looking for 3 just wondering about the rule

Lingard looked a very good signing for Birmingham until Saturday, when he looked very run of the mill.
