Good game and atmosphere to choose then if we're trying to sell the club to him. He'd be a top signing, but when United and City were looking at him a year ago, you have to wonder how the hell he could be coming here?

Clubs look at all sorts of players and never make a move for them. The likes of James Lambert, Darren Campbell and Simon Church have interested bug clubs in the past but they still never made it higher than Reading!

I think I'd rather we renewed Pearce's contract instead of signing a new CB.

I think I'd rather we renewed Pearce's contract instead of signing a new CB.

Just recieved a text from a friend... announcement expected by 5pm tommorrow about another signing, who will go straight into the squad against Crawley. Thought to be a Central Defender
