No, actually I have said in the past that cup goals are NOT valid, esp for RFC pre-McD
because we fielded joke sides.

In Cox's case, he got 3 of his goals in a single game against Championship opposition.

Having scored only 1 Prem goal EVER, that seems to indicate that the Championship is his level.

Long, OTOH has 13 Prem goals AND has scored a few against PREM opposition in cups (once McD started fielding real teams)
