AthleticoSpizz basically....who cares
What will be, will be.
(holds hand on chest and remembers Division 4 on a grassless pitch at EP under failing spotlights on a dank "power cut" Sunday afternoon)....oxf*rd loved it!
Get away from this SKY TV over-cashed and over-hyped mentality....
we may fall, but we will rise
just get back to enjoying the actual game
Yep, let's have one extreme or the other - stinking rich or back to roots. Both can be fun. It's the middle ground that we are currently in that often leads to the most disappointment and disillusionment.
Scutterbucketz I was talking to a friend of mine earlier today and her accountant husband is currently working closely with the club to try and sort the mess out. He specialises in insolvency and it's pretty much nailed on that we will go into administration. I haven't seen The Sun article but there is a lot of talk of a winding up order being issued (if it hasn't been already) due to a massive tax bill, so there is no other option.
If this is true, then the club and the husband should be having very strong words with the tongue wagging wife about client confidentiality!
Yellowcoat What complete nonsense - you do not pay tax on losses! More bullshit from the usual culprits.
I'm sorry but it's more a question of stupidity/ignorance on your part. If you employ people, you have to pay employers NI and any PAYE tax deducted. You also have to pay VAT on sales if you are VAT registered. Both situations apply to RFC and all of those payments have to be made to HMRC regardless of whether you are making a loss or not.
