Always been a talent, didn't he have refuelling issues at one point which seemed to stall his progress ?

Good luck to him if he has managed to use that to get his career on track. Would agree he'd be a good signing for us, although can;t see Derby parting with him.

Always rated him since his Forest days, he'd be a good signing IMO. Not sure of Prem quality, but surrounded by our team, he'll do well in the Champ.

Just worries me that the whole left side will be new (counting Armstrong as new, seeing as he only came in in the summer).

Wouldn't begrudge Hunt a move to Spurs.

I'd take Bentley in part exchange as well....

That's pure speculation. As if Tottenham need to send scouts to watch Hunt.

Exactly, they could watch him on SKY tomorrow and they wouldn't even need to get cold. :)

Well Wigan aren't in for Hunt as according to the BBC gossip:

Wigan say they are not looking to sign or sell anyone during the January transfer window and therefore dismiss stories linking them with Rangers striker Kris Boyd. (BBC Radio Scotland 1245 GMT)

Reading are currently second in the Championship table but Hunt admits it has been difficult to adjust to life back in the second tier of English football.

He misses the Premier League and accepts that an opportunity to return to the top flight would be hard to resist.

"I've not been a nice person to live with the last six months. I want to play at the highest level," Hunt said in the News of the World.

"In the Premier League you play once a week and everyone comes to watch you - but the Championship is three matches a week and grinding out points."

- SUCH A HARD LIFE - ONLY ON £15K - £20K A WEEK !! - and he has to play 3 times a week! With all the redundancies going on out there at this time, I think the guy should be grateful Coppell got him off that flight to Bradford, and for him to get things in perspective

Forever? Or will the one promotion to the Prem be enough

What about the person who gave you your first job? Did you betray his trust too?

He did indeed; at Leeds/Bradford Airport he had a car waiting to take him to the Bradford training ground for a medical, but after chatting to Coppell he got the next flight back to London.
