So. On Friday we were signing Pog, Rhodes and Gylfi.

Now we are told the Pog signing may be off because of an unspecified snag. Gylfi is definitely going to Liverpool and we cannot agree a fee with Huddersfield re Rhodes.

This could be a great week or a very concerning week for both the club and supporters alike!

Sounds about right for a small club like Reading. We were getting too big for our boots, back to cutting cloth ......... I have been wondering what SJM has been making of all this big spending that's been mooted.

I imagine there are many other deals being done behind the scenes, but the hype of these three names (Pog, Sig and Rhodes) renders everything else obsolete until we've come to a conclusion. I expect some announcements within the next week, but not necessarily these players (1 of 3 to sign IMO).
