Chap at work says we’ve been linked with a City reserve teamer called Abdisalam Abdulkadir Ibrahim, before seeing the photo.

Could be…?

This fella is available too, he's been told by his club.

Don't think it's him though as I would be suprised if a player of his age ahad a belly on him.

M Brook
FC Bracknell Royal I was in the hotel bar after the game on saturday and in walks Eamon Dolan with a couple of people and sat at the table opposite me. This guy was basically being sold the Reading experience, he had very french manorisms but could be an african player - but no idea who he is?? Any ideas anyone? It was a player, his wife and he had a translator. Dolan was saying how Man United are up here (hand up high) and Reading are here (other hand lower) saying how well we compete with them.
Fuzy picture from where i was sitting attached.

Interesting cos apparently the hotel bar was not open to the public after the match - see this thread on Club Policies

No post match jazz or hotel

So tonight I tried to get in the Jazz Cafe after the game to find the doors locked, plus was told residents only for the hotel As 400 in tonight - anyone know why as I havent seen anything on the official site?

Correct, i was a resident that night after the game. There was some casino event going on upstairs above the atrium area in the bar.

Bears more than a passing resemblance to Freddy Adu who has separated from his club in the US who just finished their season.....

Freddy Adu became an American citizen in 2003. Why would he need a translator?

As mentioned before, when I went to America, they couldn't understand me saying "Diet Coke", or "water", so presumably it's something to do with that.

If it is Freddy Adu, there is certainly a lot of "potential" in him, which has been apparent from a very young age. The problem is, he was put into a position of 'responsibility' at far too young an age, and has therefore failed to live up to that potential. If anyone could bring it out of him, I believe that Brian is the man. Still, does this make him the right signing for us right now????? When given the opportunity he is very capable of the 'Assist' in the Goals Scored, as well as being a 6 Goals per Season Scorer himself. Those stats are capable of getting better once he finds a stable home and Manager.

Mike Hunt To me he looks like an agent. But any agent worth his weight in salt would be able to speak English surely?

If he was worth his weight in salt he'd be pretty poor.
