WoodleyRoyal
John Smith I respect your opinion but you're wrong

how can a opinion be wrong? it's their opinion...

In my opinion, the Clifton Suspension Bridge is an aubergine.

That's how.

Is this confirmed?

I'm disappointed as I thought it was a cucumber.

Except an opinion is based on some knowledge or perceived knowledge of the subject.
Rather than inventing spurious bollocking to show an opinion can be wrong.

It's some people's opinion that the world is 6000 years old. They are wrong. Their opinion based on perceived knowledge of the subject is wrong.

You are confusing the right to always have an opinion (I'm fond of this one) with an opinion always being right (if it can't be wrong it has to be right, right?).
