Reading Chronicle READING FC Player of the Season Ali Al-Habsi has signed a three-year deal with Al Hilal FC, according to the Saudi Arabia club.
The Omani goalkeeper was linked with a move to Premier League West Brom over the weekend.
But unconfirmed reports have since emerged on social media suggesting he has agreed to join Al Hilal.
Al-Habsi was present at Hogwood Park for pre-season training with the Royals today, though the club are yet to confirm or deny the rumour that he is leaving.
Al-Habsi quickly established himself as a fans' favourite following his switch to Berkshire from Wigan Athletic and has won the club's Player of the Season accolade for two years in a row.

Hound its a shame if it does happen but can fully understand why he would go if he does
Hopefully we'll get a few quid and get in a decent replacement.

genome Well, if there's a keeper that can comfortably do both, he wouldn't be playing in the Championship.
It's going to be a trade-off, unless we want to spend millions

WoodleyRoyal Michel Vorm, dutch, good with his feet surplus to requirements at Spurs. will probably go to a prem club but BT might be able to work his magic.

That's a good shout although he must be on massive wages.
Another player in a similar position would be Maarten Stekelenburg.
At Everton but don't think he's been getting much game time behind Joel Robles.
Sutekh Well, logically Ansii Jaakkola would be the replacement as he was signed by Stam and therefore should fit in with the style of play he's trying to get across.
