hutchRoyal Rother I too thought Allardyce but on reflection, given their financial situation, I'm not sure he would fancy it. Still, he desperately wants / needs to get back into management and I would certainly put him above Coppell in the likely list.
Tony Adams must be favourite presumably?
As much as I like Tony Adams, is he the right choice as a number one? Didn`t do a great deal as Wycombe boss, he seems a very competent assistant boss/ coach but I think Pompey will make a mistake if they appoint him as manager. I personally think they can`t go wrong with Alan Curbishley.
What do I know??!!! Good luck to him anyway.
