Some comments to the Arsenal news ...

i think all our players are goin to be goin to teams promotion chasing

Reading play good attacking football so thats good, but im worried he wont be given solid oppertunities too prove his worth. Them seem to be a bit doubtful concerning his age. Hopefully he’ll get a strong start and dispell any doubts, and they do need a left back so that will definatly go in his favour.

i would prefer he would stay because what i ve seen of him i think he is much better than traore and could be the 2nd choice after clichy

I don’t think he should be loaned out. I think Arsene should keep him in and around the first team squad. He’s probably the only player that can deputize for Clichy at the moment.

If Gibbs wants to get somewhere with his career and have regular football, then he would be advised to leave Arsenal, because we all know that Arsene doesn't like English players.

Scott Griffiths move could be back on. Source? I'll never divulge...

Gibbs does sound interesting, although I would hope it would have a 'future fee' clause- remember how Palace loaned Cole and desperately wanted to sign him? Doubt Arsenal would agree though...

Seems Arsenal fans really rate Gibbs.

He is young still so would be a risk. But I don't see no harm in giving him a chance.

Just so they have a guaranteed 3 points

And why do they like Leroy? Is it because of the incident with Jens Lehmann?

Of course - guaranteed 6 points and hugely improved GD for them.

Sooooooo predictable Platypuss. I nearly added it to my original post and thought better of it.

Just checked him out on SUFC website and he's had three career threatening knee injuries. Hmmmm.

Isn't this the same paper that said we'd by signing Scott Griffiths, Andrew Surman etc.?

Note coppell's hopeful of bringing in a 'left sider', not necessarily a left back. I'm guessing gibbs would fit the bill as he seems to be able to play on the wing or at lb.
