SCIAG 9/19= 0.474
Whilst that's not half, it is close enough for the point being made.

FOOTBALL
West Brom striker Shane Long admits his future is in doubt as he struggles to seal a new contract at The Hawthorns.
Long told the Wolverhampton Express & Star: "I don't want to go anywhere but time is running out on my contract and if an opportunity comes along that is right for me and my family, I will have to take a look at it."
I would be very happy if he came back although not sure we need him since Pog remembered he's a striker...
Pog has only remembered he's a striker because he wants to earn a move away in Jan or next summer.. let's not convince ourselves he's suddenly committed to RFC for his love for the club.
Also, Sharp is only a loan and Blackman is utter dogshit, so we may need to look at a striker come January, although we can't afford Long!
Pog was crying with Dellor after the Derby game. He is as committed as he is to Mother Russia.

Translated, it means he is NOT looking to take a drop in salary; therefore, if someone comes in offering the same or more, he will go, if not, he will stay at WBA.
If I was him, I would have been unsettled by the way WBA appeared happy to sell him to Hull on Deadline Day - its a pretty clear signal that your current Manager doesn't really see you in his plans.
IF - and its a big if - Reading were prepared to meet his current salary and agree a fee of around what WBA paid us for Long then he MAY consider coming back to us permanently, but I wouldn't bet on it.
On the other hand, a loan move here in Jan is a more realistic possibility IMHO, especially if no-one other than Hull make any moves for him within the Premier League (though if Hull do come back in for him, he would probably go there in preference to a loan move back to us).

NewCorkSeth Agreed but thats not half.
Prem teams who are unlikely to buy Long: Arsenal, Aston Villa, Chelsea, Everton, Liverpool, Man City, Man Utd, Newcastle, Norwich, Southampton, Swansea, Tottenham, West Brom.
Teams who might buy him: Cardiff, Palace, Fulham, Hull, Stoke, Sunderland, West Ham.
Chances of the three teams being relegated coming from column B? 89%
You could argue Newcastle and Norwich into column B but still not half.

You could also throw in Villa, that'll make it half
