Basically here half his weight is being supported by the running machine so he's effectively running at 50% body weight.

looks like some sort of centaur

Yep. We are not even being linked with him at the moment. Any chance of him coming to Reading was low anyway. Now Harry has his claws into him he might be off to London. We are looking to sign one or two more. If NA wants a new striker I think the Pog will have to leave first.

I hope so much that QPR fail to learn from their mistakes and spend all of Tony Fernandes' hard-earned on their way to League 1.

Forest fans believe they have had a bid accepted by Celtic and that he is on his way to Nottingham for talks.

SPL: Gary Hooper hints he will stay at Celtic next season
http://www1.skysports.com/football/news ... ext-season

This guy seriously has no ambition if he is happy to just win league title after league title in a league with no competition.

Yeah, last season he must have yawned at the prospect of those games against Benfica, Juventus etc.

And playing at the Neu Camp must have been such a drag when he could be playing at Huish Park.

I'm not saying he should come to us, but all the Celtic players are in denial that they are Champions League quality players. Why not actually challenge his ability in a competitive league, either the BPL or Championship? Rather than walking the league and getting knocked out of the Champions League every year.

Celtic are a huge club, so I can see why he would want to stay there.

Having said that I can't see how winning the SPL can mean anything, as it would be a bit like putting Tottenham and all their resources in League 1

Having trouble remembering the last England player who made it onto the pitch while playing for an SPL club. Are we going as far back as Butcher etc?

Probably one cap wonder Alan Thompson in 2004 whilst playing for Celtic. Fraser Forster was called up to the squad last season but didn't play.

We have a lot of striking options with pog, alf, hrk, blackman, mccleary, kebe, jobi plus roberts bit part, unless one or two leave
I cannnot see us signing a striker.

Only Pog Alf and an unfit, potentially past-it Roberts who can play the striker role.

I do not doubt for one second that we are working to bring in a striker regardless of whether or not Pog goes.

Agreed. We will certainly be looking to bring in a striker, especially seeing as Hunt and Church have gone and Roberts fitness isn't a certainty.
