Hound You’re just fishing for a new beef there…bored of Paul and Nameless
I love Pepe the Horseman.
You're certainly right I'm bored of those two.

Hound Yep Sarr and Loum - going to add a hell of a lot extra physicality
Considering where we are think this is the right approach. Stronger at set pieces, just generally hopefully able to bully a few teams

Agree here and I think that's been part of our problem for a number of years now, our teams just haven't been physically imposing enough to deal with teams that generally are physical and teams like Millwall have shown that you can be successful with a physical side.
Providing the transfers come off, the spine of our team consists of Lumley, Sarr, Loum and Joao, all players that have a physical presence, they are all 6ft+ and, in the case of Loum and Joao, give us technical ability as well. Supplement that physical spine with the likes of Holmes, McIntyre and Meite, we should be able to physically compete with teams and be a threat from set pieces in both area really.
I quite like the look of our side now really, I think there is a good blend between technical players and powerful players and I think it's beginning to look up. If we can stay largely injury free for the majority of the season, we should be fine I think.

Wonder if there is any danger of him weaving his way into the squad this week?

Pete O'Rourke's sources tell him that -
The 25-year-old Loum has arrived in England to undergo a medical and complete a season-long loan deal with Reading.

Isn’t that old news ? Yesterday Ince said Loum had gone back to Portugal awaiting his visa, which would suggest he had a medical earlier this week and terms have been agreed, probably EFL Signoff as well.
