I'd imagine so, I think we were pretty keen on him and Hammond & B Mac went over to see him but obviously he couldn't turn down a move to the Premier League

Anybody see him come on for Sunderland on the weekend? Looks like we missed out on someone who could've been a great player for us.

Yeah, he has settled int the Premiership very well. It's a shame we didn't bring him in, i'm sure he would have done well for us. Good luck to Sunderland though, £350k is very very good business. I'm sure they'll fill their "black hole" by selling him on for at least ten times that in a couple of seasons!
