winchester_royal TBH I wouldn't want Little back.

I'm beginning to think Glen did us a favour by getting 'arry to pay for his pension fund.

TB

Agreed. I think it was becoming a bit like the Nicky Forster situation - too injury prone and on high wages. Anyway, on recent evidence, Kebe looks like he'll grow into being a very adequate replacement with a lot more speed. Just can't see Little getting a game in the Prem really.

I reckon Glen saw Jimmy in training and new he wouldn't get a game this year at Reading. Figured he may as well not get a game at Portsmouth on higher wages :)

Forbury Lion Loads of Lita sold rumours at the game, some from people with reliable sources.

Rumour on the 73b bus was that Lita and Sonko had a major bust up in training and as a result Coppell told them both they could leave.

The bloke next to me told me the same rumour on Saturday.

1107: "My mate works at Newcastle airport and has just seen Leroy Lita pass through baggage reclaim. I'm a worried Royals fan!"

I have to say that of all the rumours flying around I do have a particular soft spot for those involving airports and hotels. I think that on some level they accurately portray the jet set and luxury aspect of the modern football world.

As for Lita, I heard that he has a soft spot for the Angel of the North and is just paying a visit to one of his favourite pieces by Antony Gormley.

Is that worried because he might not go, or worried that it might be a swap for Owen ?

newcastle have just signed xisco who is a striker so i can't see why they would want lita
imagine lita playing instead of owen or martins - it's not going to happen
if you are behind shane long at reading you have got no chance at newcastle
would be good to see lita and barton on the same team though

I would literally piss my pants with laughter if Keegan decided to sign the most overrated striker ever.

Could be Sunderland, Boro or Newcastle - if the reported spotted is true, of course!

Leroy 'I point and dive a lot and mouth off in the press so I must be as good as I think I am despite not having scored a league goal in over a year' Lita.

If you look at Shevchenko's goalscoring record at Chelsea, you'd find it's around one in three. As for Rooney, two league titles and a Champions League winners medal isn't two bad for someone in their early 20s.
