Pure Speculation: Matthew Upson

Matty Upson is reportedly unsettled at stoke and would be considering a move away from the Brittania in 6 months time when his contract expires. For me this could be a great signing for us even though i am happy with the current pearce/gorkss partnership, and it may be a possibility considering he had a sucessful loan spell with us earlier in his career and reportedly nearly joined us. This deal may be made all the more possible if we do somehow make it back to the promised land! What do you think?

I think we've covered that we wont break our wage structure, not to mention he's always injured. But otherwise yes please.

i completely agree but if we were to get promoted, he is getting on a bit and im sure hed like to come to a place where he is more or less guarenteed first team football
