Decent replacement if Guthrie goes, but doubt we could fend off Villa, even if both of us are relegated.

Pepe I havent got a single problem with this kid. Theres another post where he was having an argument with someone else. All I've done was say I think he might have got a goal, fair enough he didnt and I got him mistaken for Moore but seriously jeff hows that talking sh*t? I didnt say yes he scored, I said I think he might have.

We have scouted him extensively and were one of the teams looking at him under McD. Not sure if things will have changed under Adkins though.

I do not think Crewe will sell another CM. They already sold their captain Ashley Westwood as well as the outstanding young talent that is Nick Powell. Big fees for both so I doubt they desperately need more money.

A more realistic shout might be Nick Powell on loan, he's not getting game time at Man Utd. Would have been a great loan signing for this season, might as well try for next season but they probably wouldn't let him drop down a division.
