SPECULATION - Paddy Madden

by 1871royals » 19 May 2013 14:22

Watching the Playoff Final and Paddy Madden has been very impressive, running the channels, decent goal.

Hope he is the type of player we are after.

I echo that. Foley looks good too. Seeing as they are very likely to be in the Chump with us though, we'd have to pay a premium I guess

Why? The only reason I wanted to see them go back up was for the away end terrace, but that's now for home fans and we end up with that horrible two-tier shed at the other end. I'd rather see Yeovil go up. A club not long ago promoted to the Football League for the first time and possibly next season in the second tier of English football.

We were interested in signing him a few years ago, but that was under McDermott.

Because if Brentford had won, we'd have more chance in getting paddy madden?

Luckily for Reading Football Club, we don't sign a player based on one performance.

Ahh Mr Whippy, my newest stalker. I'm never in a grump but it's good to know you care sooo verrry much for my welfare.

When you respect someone who has achieved a lot for something you care about and then people forget about those achievements and talk shit about that person simply because things haven't gone to plan you defend them against those attacks. That is doubly true when those attacks keep happening after that person has left. It's called respect.

If you want grumpy try Floyd. :D

Odd one Mr Madden, completely bombed at Carlisle - hence why Yeovil got him so cheap

Very surprised Yeovil have put him on the transfer list! Looked a quality player and think they'll need him for next season anyway. Worth a punt?

No. Definitely not. Especially given the reasons they have listed him.
