'A very reliable source tells me that Hugo Rodallega is in talks with championship club Reading, following his release from Fulham. #royals'

It's a child, on Twitter, making stuff up.

Although it isn't true, I'd happily take him.

Never once have I seen a 'rumoured' transfer from one of these Twitter accounts ever actually happen

I'd take him, would be great signing two strikers by the end of next week

Well if someone on the internet said it then it must be true.

whats the point in signing a striker who couldn't score goals in the championship last season?

10 goals in 24 is a good record...

He's obviously fallen a long way and would be on hefty wages, plus there are rumoured attitude problems since his time at Wigan, but I can see some upside to this transfer.

Purely due to wages I'd say no.

Andy Johnson still doesn't have a club, didn't have one for most of last season either...could be a cheap gamble?

Might as well give Yakubu a shot if we're thinking of Johnson.

He'd be good company for Anton Ferdinand in the physio room.

Considering we couldn't afford Mackie's wages, I think that's safe to assume.
