Centre forwards and centre backs you can rarely have enough as these players form a team's spine for others to play off. Davies might be able to do what Roberts did for Reading?
If Reading get McShane and Ferdidnand playing with Hector, Cooper and waiting in the wings Keown the centre back spaces looks to be almost filled, with Kelly as cover?
Upfront Sa, Pog, Samuel,Cox ....... space for two more?

The planet's terrain looks a bit sandy...
He wouldn't uproot his family and what he's building locally in Bolton, so this is a non starter.
I've been with him for a number of weekend over the past couple of months and he's looking to play while moving into coaching.
I'm sure he would do a decent job and would complement the likes of Hector and Cooper with his experience, but it's non going to happen.
