I believe Martin was still running the U21s on Tuesday at Colchester. I presume therefore he gave notice in June with a view to starting a new job as of 1st September somewhere.

No he didn't leave in June, he was managing the U21s at Colchester on Tuesday ....

Apparently U21 (or at least 6 being U21) is back again, for this trophy at least.

I wonder if Kuhl had to give (or had to be given) 3 months notice , and therefore officially was still in the job up till 1st September, and that's why his name was on the teamsheet.

Anybody know if he jumped or was pushed?
