Location and private bathroom more important than quality of upholstery and food. Any recommendations?

Yes, but if there are any personal recommendations from trusted nobbers, then it'd be worth a look. Personal recommendations >>>>> advertising rubbish.

Not a B&B, more pricey but these people do 4 hotels each with different pricing.

Not central (in a leafy street) but we walked everywhere from there. 15 mins walk from the centre. No vespas screeching around at night.

I love Rome - bit of a queue for the Sistine Chapel though.

Sebastian BOOKED!

Cool.

The bird that runs it is really nice. Very helpful and quite fit, in a very Roman way. (She has a proper Roman nose lol).
