This is forum for advertising goods you want to sell, therefore I also see it as a forum for discussing said goods and that is all I am doing. You don't like it, that's fine by me. You're not a mod so it is not your place to tell me what I can or cannot post.
I appreciate the sensible responses from SymonsO and he is correct that he has first hand knowledge and I don't. All I am saying that it is a job where lying (maybe I should call it exaggerating) can get you big rewards.

SymonsOzummerset As an employer I too hate recruitment consultants - yes they lie all the time as do their candidates.
Lols at recruiting on Hobnob -
We found a strong candidate who is coming to an interview next week due to this advert.
If you think about it HobNob may not be the worst place to post this ad, half the people in this office read the forums of the teams they support, it targets a lot of individuals who meet the criteria we hold for our positions.

Loz at criteria - work shy wasters that while their days away discussing water buffalo and Gus' sexual fantasies on the employers shilling? You're welcome to recruit them but don't palm them off on me as a hard working energetic go-getter.. no offence chaps

Someone who enjoys that kind of thing, has the ability to talk to people in a friendly non aggressive manner without insulting them and is prepared to listen to their demands. Your probably not a good fit.Thaumagurist* Who wants to be a recruitment consultant?

To be honest, I'm not. I wouldn't go back into recruitment unless it was a last resort. There's something intrinsically wrong with trying to persuade a person to take a job that they're not sure about, and is pretty clear is not in their best interests. A Recruitment Consultant's primary interest is the money for them and their company, it is not the candidate's or client's.
