PlasticRoyale Didn't really see any punches thrown and he was with a couple of older adults who were protecting him. Was a big mob surrounding him and a bit of shoving. Ended up being forced down the entrance to Y25 before tango's escorted him out. Was told to take his shirt off and plenty of people were trying to rip it off him.
One of the adults with him took his top off and fronted a few people up but it didn't really kick off into a major brawl.
This is the only account of the incident that bears any resemblence to what I saw going on.
From what I saw, the kid walked in on his own, got a load of abuse from a number of Reading fans whilst a few others tried to protect him. By the time he'd made it to the entrance to Y25 he's been given a bit of a fright but I didn't see any pasting dished out and the stewards were on their way to escort him to the disabled section where he was provided a jumper to cover up his shirt before they marched him out.
Was there actually any physical attack between the concourse and the disabled section or is this just a lot of hot air over a complete non-event?
The kid was an idiot but the stewards that let him in put him and other fans at risk, I hope they get a banning order soon too!
