Chaney i see the midfield are on form again :?

Doesn't sound too bad. Harps is the solid one but Sidders has been a bit up&down over the last couple of months.

Sounds like Little is having a stormer, though Hunt's been quiet. Still carrying that knock from the murder attempt by Reina?

The first thing that comes into Harper's mind is HOOF.

Amongst the sheep
T.R.O.L.I. As a slight aside, why is Phil Thompson commentating on Soccer Saturday? Never going to get an unbiased view from him.

He's a total twat. One sided view coming up. He started by saying it was good that Caragher deflected Harper's goalbound shot away for a corner. big nosed twat!

That's what I mean - you can't have a supposedly unbiased commentator expressing views that favour one team

The commentaters on ESPN are speaking a lot of sense, saying that the formation helps us though not if we hoof the ball to Doyle but when we do get forward we get bodies in the box to help him so the only problem is playing the ball out of defence.
Gunnarsson looks a little out of his depth.

A couple of questions for those watching the game:

1. Apart from the goal, are we playing well or are Liverpool not really at the races today?

2. Is Uriah Rennie being as much of a prima donna as BBCRB would have us believe?

Half time 1-0

Flatters us by the sound of it. Damage limitation or take a risk and add Seol up front?

They are but they still don't have any relevance on this thread (a bit like yourself really).

They are, but Stack made a mistake for the opener from Burnley. HTH. Now, back to the Liverpool v Reading game.

no it doesnt flatter us, we are having difficulty creating because Liverpool are so quick to close us down in the last third, but apart from the goal they have created just two or three half chances, i think we are playing well, we just need to think a little quicker at this level

1. We are not doing much, too quick to hoof rather than pass, not moving into enough space. Liverpool look dangerous every time they move forward, which is often.

2. No, hardly noticed him.

Royal Rother Possession 66/34.

Was similar against Man Utd - if we can keep it a 1-0 we'll still have a chance.
