Official Matchday Programme Royals skipper Graeme Murty is a strong early candidate.

The deadline is Friday. The following Monday there'll be a shortlist of 3 with voting continuing for another week by telephone.

Not only is Graeme Murty a great footballer, captain and leader of men but he also does brilliantly well on Monday mornings on BBC Radio Berkshire so he even wins on personality too.
